Regulamento
Article 1
Clever Network A.S.B.L., whose
registered office is located at avenue de la Chênaie,
167, B-1180 Brussels, will be organising the EUROWARDS from
1st April to 31st December 2004. The objective of these Awards
is to shine the spotlight on dynamic entrepreneurs.
Article 2
Entry to these awards is open for
one of the following categories.
There is no age requirement, not for companies, nor for persons.
The Selection Committees can dispose freely of the candidatures
and may even classify them in another category.
Category 1: ENCOURAGEMENT
Category 2: SEED
Category 3: START-UP
Category 4: EXPANSION
Article 3
To be able to enter, candidates
must complete a questionnaire that they will find on the Internet
at
http://www.eurowards.com
Only those submissions completed correctly on the Internet
and entered before midnight the last day of every trimester
will be taken into account.
Article 4
The winners will be chosen by the
European Selection Committee made up of business professionals
from institutions providing aid and guidance to entrepreneurs.
The elements taken into account will be the originality of
the project or business, its financial viability and the European
dimension of the project or business.
The list of winners may be obtained on written request sent
to the organisers of the Awards.
Article 5
Winners will be chosen by the European
Selection Committee assembled by the organisation before or
during the European award ceremony for EUROWARDS.
Article 6
Winners are likely to obtain media
coverage depending on their personal involvement.
Article 7
The organisation reserves the right
to use the photographs and names of the winners for promotional
and advertising purposes, without providing any form of compensation.
Article 8
The liability of the organisation
may not be implicated in the event of force majeure or any
events outside its control which might lead to the Awards
being disrupted.
Article 9
Any dispute relating to these Awards
will be ruled on by Clever Network A.S.B.L..
Article 10
Entering EUROWARDS implies total
acceptance of these regulations and the way in which the event
is run.
